Memoroial Day Highlights

This year we decided to go low key and just hang as a family instead of the usual major family BBQ. Karl worked until noon and then we took Kelten to Indian Jones 4 while my Mom watched Rieken and Kippi. Thanks mom! It made the movie so much more enjoyable to be able to actually sit through the whole thing. We got home just in time for a quick trip to town for my ice and the makings of Karl's super nummy crab pot and a coconut cream pie. The kids love the crab pot because we just dump it out and it's a mass free for all. What more could you ask for? The highlight of the day seemed to be the HUGE rainbow that covered Burbank just before it started pouring rain. The kid's are still talking about the rainbow and wanting to know when it's coming back. We had such a great low stress day just spending time with our little family and enjoying each other. We hope everyone had a fun and relaxing day too.

A low key day sounds just perfect!

On vacation...back now. Out of touch. LOVE the hair. I am having issues with thoughts of cutting mine, it's finally just all grown back. Fun birthday toy. Enjoy your time in the ER? And how about some strawberry cheesecake? Sugarfree of course;)LOL

If you guys like a crab pot, you'd love low country boil. Very popular in the south. It's shrimp (or crawfish or crab, depending on where you are), new potatoes, sausage, and corn on the cob. Oh, mama! Yummy!
